Refunds

Barbr is a free download. Previews are generated using tokens you purchase in packs. There is no subscription to cancel.

How refunds work

Token packs are in-app purchases handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. We cannot approve, deny, or process refunds on Apple's behalf.

To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Select the Barbr purchase, choose a reason, and submit. Apple will decide within a few days.

Note: tokens already consumed to generate previews cannot be refunded individually. Apple's refund policy applies to the pack as a whole.

Restoring a purchase

Unused tokens are tied to your Apple ID. If your token balance appears empty on a new device, open Barbr, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Remaining tokens reapply as long as you are signed into the same Apple ID.

Deleting your data

Barbr stores your preview gallery on your device. To remove it, delete any previews inside the app, or delete the app entirely. We do not retain your selfie or a user profile on our side.
